Moorfields Eye Clinic 2023
Friends of Moorfields Eye Hospital
In January 2021,The Art Society received a letter from Jan Kuszlewicz, a Friends of Moorfields Eye Hospital Volunteer, requesting donations of artwork to brighten the waiting rooms for patients of the Eye Hospital at North and South Wings.
Society members responded splendidly and in March we were able to present him with 13 works of art. He was able to meet most of the artists involved and expressed his thanks to each one.

We have had an email from Moorfield and have added it here along with the photos sent Nov 2023
Dear Jean
At long last the move from North wing to Rye Close has been completed and the official opening of the new area was held last Wednesday. As you can see from the attached photos, the paintings that you all kindly donated are now on display.
I have already received many compliments from both patients and staff. I am sure you will agree that that they make such a difference in improving the waiting areas. Many thanks to you and your members for your patience, I will send you more photos once the rest of the paintings have been put on display. The second email has a few more photos as the original file was too big to send as one
Kind regards,
Jan
